7th Annual 2026 Bottles & Bites Participant Application

Participate in this community favorite! Each year we gather to support our schools by sampling the best local food and drink businesses. Please complete this application for an opportunity to present your product. There is no cost to participate, just prepare tasting samples for approximately 400 attendees. We suggest promoting your business with handouts and promotional items to take full advantage of this well-attended event. Space is limited so apply today!

Vendors will provide:

-Arrive between 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
-Food/Beverage samples for at least 400 samples.
-Small plates, single-used utensils, and napkins
-Trained staff covering booth from 1:00 am to 4:30 pm. (If staff not available we will provide servers.)
-Food grade thermometer and equipment compliant with food safety guidelines
-Materials to promote your business available for guests

We will provide:

-Two complimentary tickets for your guests
-Two tables, one with linen, one for prepping
-Assist in unloading, break down, and clean up
-Wine glasses
-Water and ice
-Hand washing and utensils station
-Market your business in promotional materials
-NO COST to participate

I hereby agree, as an exhibitor/solicitor/entertainer/event participant/or volunteer at Hercules Community Center, that I will indemnify and hold harmless Hercules Education Foundation and Bay Front Chamber of Commerce from any and all liability, claims, demands, expenses, fees, penalties, suits, proceedings, actions and causes for action of any and every kind and nature arising or growing out of or in any way connected with my use or occupancy as an exhibitor/solicitor/entertainer/ event participant/or volunteer at the Hercules Community Center during the food/wine event noted above.
